Please read and learn as much as possible about this special breed. These dogs are not for everyone and require special handling. Also keep in mind, that so called 'Native American Indian Dogs', 'North American Indian Dogs' and so on are not true American Indian Dogs and are not going to be recognized or registered as such by the A.I.Dog registry, IIDOBA (International Indian Dog Owners & Breeders Association) and IPDBA (International Progressive Dog Breeders Alliance). We have nothing to do with wolf- or coyote hybrids. If you have doubts about your chosen A.I.Dog breeder, feel free to contact the registry's president. I am also glad to clarify all misunderstandings and to answer questions (either in an e-mail or in a phone conversation) about this breed and its ancestry.
